1. General Policy

By purchasing any product, service, course, membership, consultation, or digital content through Fekrtany, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Returns Policy.

2. Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to educational materials:

• All sales of digital courses, downloadable materials, e-books, guides, and educational content are final.
• Refund requests cannot be accepted once access has been granted to the purchased content.
• If a technical issue prevents access to the content, our support team will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions:

• Duplicate payment has been made.
• A technical error caused an incorrect charge.
• The purchased content cannot be accessed due to a platform issue that cannot be resolved.

3. Consultations & Appointments

Cancellation by Customer

Consultations may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late Cancellation

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.

Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

Cancellation by Fekrtany

• Full refund.
• Rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.

4. Membership Plans

• Membership subscriptions may be canceled at any time.
• Previously paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellation prevents future billing cycles.
• Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Physical Products

For eligible physical products purchased through Fekrtany:

Return Eligibility

• The item is damaged upon delivery.
• The wrong product was received.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused.
• Original packaging must be intact.
• All accessories and documentation must be included.
• Issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened nutritional products.
• Opened health and wellness products.
• Personalized products.
• Digital downloads.
• Online courses.
• Used membership periods.
• Completed consultation services.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order number.
• Description of the issue.
• Photos of the product and packaging.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Most approved refunds are completed within 7–14 business days.

9. Fraud Prevention
