Purchases and access

When a purchase completes, digital material or a course becomes available in your account once payment is confirmed. Access continues while your account is active, unless the product description states otherwise.

Consultations

A consultation is an educational and advisory service. It does not include medical diagnosis or prescription and does not replace seeing your own doctor where that is needed. The session time is agreed with you after the booking is confirmed.

Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at purchase and may change in future, without affecting orders already completed.

Limits of liability
